Often times, the traditional quantitative ways of collecting data can be insufficient— especially in practices of non-traditional medicine— for documenting subtle yet profound changes in the body. In this project, Saxon and I explore the transaction of touch and neurofeedback in the process of bodywork, and develop more efficient ways of documenting this data through the artistic medium, where intuition and emotion are expressed intrinsically.

This zine was completed as a 2025 Vis-a-thon project in collaboration with Kristin Kimble, whose research focuses on marine sediments and their ability to reveal certain biogeochemical conditions in the oceans’ history.

Sketchbook
A glimpse into my small scale sketchbook works. Often times these works help refine the ethos of my current project.

“The Watershed” is an experimental film project spurred on by a series of synchronicities I experienced along the Moshassuck River and at its headwaters. Upon talking with its surrounding Rhode Island community and researching into its industrial history, I became well acquainted with this river as one that is silent, hidden, and forgotten. The culminating film of this project tells the story of a girl who becomes enraptured by the power of this river, after it takes away the life of her sister.
